Commission

General Terms:

  • First come, first serve basis.

  • Kindly send a message through email or my social media accounts for slot availability.

  • At least 50% downpayment should be settled within 48 HOURS after I have sent a rough sketch of your request.

  • I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media accounts.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable doing for any reason.

  • The prices stated on the sheets were base prices only. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, the number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds, and the amount of detail in the image in general.

  • ALL drawing commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Different rates apply for commercial use.

  • Only LOGO designs have rates for commercial use.

Process and Delivery:

  • I will notify you when I have started on your commission.

  • I give updates by sending my work-in-progress to make sure I make it just right for you.

  • A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed.

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con seasons.

  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.

  • The final output in low quality with my watermark will be sent before the remaining balance is settled.

  • JPEG and/or PNG files will be sent through email.

  • Size: 3000x3000px for JPEGs; 2000x2000px for PNGs both in 300dpi

  • A flat SVG file will be sent for LOGO designs together with JPEG and PNG files.

  • Note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork. Just ask :)

NOTE!!

  • Non-refundable. However, if for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • NO major changes are allowed when the lineart has already been made.

  • If you wish to have more than 3 revisions, an additional fee will be charged. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

  • DO NOT claim my work. If you want to repost my work, I should be credited.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY (non-commercial use):

I, Vivienne Gale Nolasco (the artist), claim the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere

  • Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

  • Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

  • Post it wherever I want

  • I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

  • Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!

  • If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

  • I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art before a certain date, we can discuss this.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY (commercial use):

I, Vivienne Gale Nolasco (the artist), claim the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. The artist and the buyer will have to communicate about the project scope, usage rights, deadlines, and fees and will have to make an agreement with a contract made specifically for the project.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Vivienne Gale Nolasco (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.

Merch

  • Please be 100% sure before submitting your order

  • Only paid orders with proof of payment will be acknowledged

  • The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer

  • Shipping fee should be paid 24hrs after the confirmation email was sent (No COD except for Same Day Delivery shipping)

  • NO cancellation

  • NO refund

  • NO exchange
